Perfectly located in Florence! 🇮🇹
The location was just amazing, right in the heart of it all! Loved being able to chill in our spacious room while watching all the hustle and bustle below. The kitchen was super handy for brekkie and snacks, and the staff were so friendly, like your chommies at home!
Only downside was the tiny lift, could get a bit packed with our bags, but nothing major really.

i really thought this hotel would be a posh experience, but alas—flat pillows and an inadvertent mosquito party ruined my stay. i expected a complimentary room upgrade or a gracious welcome gift of some sort, but no! it’s almost as if they prefer the ordinary over the extraordinary. a touch disappointing, really.

Good location with fine room service.
The pillows were disappointingly flat, making it hard to sleep comfortably. the second bathroom was uncomfortably cold, leading to a restless night. I was also frustrated by the lack of extra blankets available when we really needed them.

Staying at the penthouse apartment was a delight amidst Florence’s vibrant atmosphere. Breathtaking views of Palazzo Vecchio complemented the impeccable cleanliness and spacious setup. Minor inconvenience with the cramped elevator didn’t overshadow the fantastic experience. Each moment felt like a charming escape in the heart of history.

The Relais in Florence offered a fantastic base to explore the city on foot. The room's layout was spacious, featuring a kitchenette that came in handy. The two windows allowed for a lovely view of the lively square below, and I enjoyed people-watching with my morning coffee. The staff were incredibly helpful and reserved a taxi for me when I needed one early in the morning. the elevator was quite small, which can be tricky with multiple bags. I encountered some trouble with inconsistent hot water during my stay, which was a bit annoying. Despite these hiccups, I found the experience quite rewarding.

The spacious apartment was a delightful blend of comfort and elegance, with modern furnishings and lovely decor that felt welcoming and fresh. The lift certainly made it easier for us seniors to access our fourth-floor haven with ease.

Perfect spot in Florence!
This place was super convenient! Just a short stroll to all the main sights. The room had a breathtaking view, and after a long day of exploring, chilling in the outdoor dining area was lovely. The only bummer was the mini kitchen didn’t have a microwave. Still, it was a fab stay overall!

the location was absolutely amazin, right in the heart of florence! our executive suite was super cozy, like livin like locals, with a full kitchen and big comfy bed. the staff were like total lifesavers and so friendly. we even had a nice welcome basket waiting for us when we got there! this made our stay even better!
the only downsides were that the wifi was a bit spotty in the bedroom and the bed was kinda hard for my liking. also, finding the place was a bit tricky with a tiny sign outside.
