Amazing location in Florence 🇮🇹

The location was just amazing, right in the heart of it all! Loved being able to chill in our spacious room while watching all the hustle and bustle below. The kitchen was super handy for brekkie and snacks, and the staff were so friendly, like your chommies at home!

The location was marvellous and fab, close to an art museum.

I really thought this hotel would be a posh experience, but alas-flat pillows and an inadvertent mosquito party ruined my stay. I expected a complimentary room upgrade or a gracious welcome gift of some sort, but no! It's almost as if they prefer the ordinary over the extraordinary. A touch disappointing, really.

The location was extremely convenient for walking through the Historic City Center and the view of Piazza Signoria was wonderful.

The bathtub leaked a bit and the water pressure was low; but overall we had a great stay.

Excellent location, in the heart of Firenze.. Beautifully renovated, modern very comfortable facility. A/c actually works!

No Parking facilities near-by. Very hard to get to hotel if you are travelling with a car. No means of public transportations can get to the door.Valet Parking though was very helpful.

Good location with fine room service.

The pillows were disappointingly flat. The second bathroom was uncomfortably cold, leading to a restless night. I was also frustrated by the lack of extra blankets available when we really needed them.

Delicious breakfast - 3 star level.

It is a wonderful place for a romantic vacation.

Staying at the penthouse apartment was a delight amidst Florence’s vibrant atmosphere. Amazing views of Palazzo Vecchio complemented the perfect cleanliness and spacious setup. Minor inconvenience with the cramped elevator didn’t overshadow the fantastic experience. Each moment felt like a charming escape in the heart of history.

We would love to stay here again without a doubt. Modern and absolutely fabulous place all in all, has attentive staff at reception desk. It has perfect location to see a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

location is excellent and staff there helps book for your visit to the Uffizi Gallery and recommend good places to dine out.

Fantastic location in a historic building, just steps away from the Uffizzi on Piazza Della Signorile and short walking distance from all the other attractions. Our room had a small kitchen and refrigerator and a window overlooking the Piazza. The room was modern and well-appointed. This is the place to stay when visiting Firenze.

This hotel is in a fantastic location being right in the hub of the shoppiing precint and so close to many of the wonderful places of interest to visit E.G. museums, gardens, statues, famous bridge...It is also only a ten minute walk from the train and bus station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And this place has a lift!

Not a negative but you need to be aware that you cannot see the name of the place on the building and there are two number 3's in the street - so once in the street, it is right next door to a Gelatari and you need to look for a buzzer next to the door. The office is on the 5th floor.
